How does the data recovery and retrieval proceed?

At the latest on the next workday after receipt of the storage medium to recover data from, we will give you an appraisal of the situation including price estimate. The recovered data can be supplied on a storage medium of choice (CD, DVD, hard disk, USB). The data are handed in in person, or alternately can be sent free of charge through delivery service.

The entire data retrieval and recovery process strictly complies with the Slovak law on personal data protection. Unless otherwise agreed, the recovered data are stored on customer’s consent for 48 hours from delivery to client. Afterwards the data are irretrievably destroyed without any further backup or copy. On request a confidentiality or data privacy agreement, or any other specific agreement as needed and desired by customer can be made out.
